Can I request a repair on this form?
No. The form reaches the software team at Azevedo Brothers Mechanical, LLC. It does not create a service call.
Does Relvrixis replace our accounting software?
No. It exports hours and parts. Invoices stay where you already send them.
Can techs work offline?
They can draft a close note on the phone and sync when they have a signal. The ticket shows when the sync landed.
Who sees job photos?
Roles you assign. Photos are attached to the job, not dropped in a shared camera roll.
