Terms of Service
Last updated: October 26, 2026
These terms govern use of relvrixisdesign.com, operated by Azevedo Brothers Mechanical, LLC. By using the site, you agree to them. Paid work is covered by a separate statement of work or master agreement.
1. The service
Azevedo Brothers Mechanical, LLC offers Relvrixis software for dispatch and job records. Submitting a form on this site does not request emergency mechanical service.
2. Using the site
You agree to use the site for lawful business inquiries, to give accurate contact details, and not to interfere with the site, probe it without permission, or scrape it in a way that degrades service for others.
3. No professional advice beyond software delivery
Software descriptions are not a warranty of equipment performance or a promise of on-site repair.
4. Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and the Relvrixis name are owned by Azevedo Brothers Mechanical, LLC or used with permission. You may not copy the site for your own commercial publication. Project deliverables are assigned or licensed only as a written contract states.
5. Proposals are not a contract
Emails, calls, and this website do not create a duty to start work. A project begins when both sides sign a statement of work or another written agreement that names fees, scope, and timeline.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Azevedo Brothers Mechanical, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website. Our total liability for a website claim is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. These limits do not apply where the law forbids them, including for proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Sonoma County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date above shows the latest revision.
